We enjoyed staying at the apartment. Positive: Great location, close to good restaurants and tram Negative: The linen on the bed didn’t smell very clean, it could do with a refresh or better wash

We had a really lovely stay. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch. Location amazing. Positive: The location was exceptional. I was attending an event at The Exhibition Centre which was a very short walk away. There were lovely restaurants just around the corner. Super close to Spencer Street station too which made it very easy to get there.

Comfortable stay in clean and well managed property close to all amenities. Positive: Comfortable and clean, this property has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay in Melbourne. Negative: No air conditioning, it was probably Melbournes hottest week ever though!!

Management is efficient and communication responsive and helpful Positive: Excellent location for transport and faciltiies Negative: On extreme heat days aircon would have been a bonus

Perfect stay to explore Melbourne city attractions! Positive: Great location and plenty of room for 2-3 people! The host provided a lovely welcome hamper and it was perfect for our few days in Melbourne. Also felt really secure as needed a key to the lobby entrance and to get up the lift. Great communication from the host around the remote check in/key pick up as well which went super smoothly. Would love to stay again when back in Melbourne :) Negative: It was a little noisy but that’s to be expected when staying in the CBD!
